At Managed IT, we constantly work hard to keep our certifications up to date. Most recently we’ve undergone a multitude of tests at the Microsoft office to renew our Silver Mid Mark Competence and Silver Hosting Competence.

Unlike many certifications, the silver competencies we have gained don’t just give us a pretty plaque to stick on our wall (although that’s part of it). The application process, along with the exams, involved Microsoft investigating a series of customer references to ensure that how we satisfy clients are aligned with their standards. With these competencies comes the guarantee that we work to the highest of standards, not just in theory but in practice.
