Today (31 March) is World Backup Day and the Australia Cyber Security Centre (ACSC) is urging all Australians to back up their important files. Valuable data such as your photos, documents and financial records can be lost instantly, so it is important to back it up regularly before it's too late.
What are the risks?
Our devices hold a great deal of our data, but if your device is damaged, lost, or destroyed, your data may be lost. Whether it’s because of hardware failure, theft, accidental damage, or your device being infected with a virus, recovering data can be expensive and sometimes even impossible.
